AIM Services, LLC (“AIM,” “we,” “us”) operates the AIM Services App at app.referaim.com and in the iOS and Android apps, along with the referral forms on referaim.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
AIM is a referral network. Members and insurance agents refer customers who need home or auto services to partner businesses in our network. By using the app or our referral forms, you agree to this policy.
What we collect depends on how you use AIM.
Members and agents
Your name, email address, and phone number; your signed partner agreement, including your typed legal name and the date you accepted it; the referrals you submit and their status; and which training videos you have watched.
Customers who are referred
When someone submits a referral, we collect the customer’s name, contact details, service address, and a description of the service they need. If you submit a referral, you confirm that the customer has agreed to be contacted by a partner business.
Partner businesses
Business name and contact details; your Certificate of Insurance; emergency contact information; your company logo, if provided; your typed legal name on the partner agreement; and the status updates, job notes, and job values you record for referrals.
People referred to join AIM
When someone uses Refer a Friend or Refer a Business, we collect the name and contact details of the person or business being referred.
Information collected automatically
Device and usage information needed to run and secure the app, such as device type, browser type, IP address, and log data.
We use personal information to:
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as follows.
With partner businesses
A referred customer’s details go to the partner business the referral is for, so that business can contact the customer and provide the service. The person who submitted the referral may receive progress updates, which can include a note from the business.

We use a small number of providers to run AIM, and they process information only on our behalf:
For legal reasons
We may disclose information to comply with the law or a valid legal request, to protect the rights and safety of AIM, our users, or others, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.
Card and bank details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. AIM does not store full card numbers or bank account numbers.
Members who receive commission payouts set up a payout account through Stripe. Stripe collects the identity and tax information required for payouts, such as a Social Security number or EIN, and generates 1099 tax forms where required. We receive only limited information back from Stripe, such as account status, payout status, and the last four digits of a card or account.
Stripe’s handling of your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
We contact you by email and in-app notifications about your account, referrals, payouts, and billing. If you opt in, we also send text messages, as described below.
You can opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link in them. Messages about your account and transactions will continue while your account is active.
If you provide your mobile number and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, AIM Services, LLC will send you text messages about your account and activity in the AIM Services App. These include referral and lead updates, payout and payment notices, account setup reminders (such as connecting your payout account), and support messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf.
We keep personal information while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires.
Deleting your account
To delete your account, email office@referaim.com with the subject “Delete my account.” We will delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment and tax records.
Access and correction
You can update most of your information in the app. To request a copy of your information or a correction, email office@referaim.com.
State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. We will honor these requests as the law requires and will not treat you differently for making one.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
AIM is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated effective date and notify you by email or in the app if the changes are significant.
