AIM Services Monthly Member Raffle — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. The raffle is sponsored by AIM Services, LLC, 16709 E. Frye Road, Gilbert, AZ ("AIM"). Questions: office@referaim.com.
2. Platform disclaimer. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and are not involved in any way with, this raffle. Apple and Google are not responsible for it, and any questions or complaints about the raffle must go to AIM, not to Apple or Google.
3. Eligibility. Open to AIM members who are legal residents of the United States, are 18 or older, and have accepted the AIM member agreement. A member must still hold an active AIM membership at the time of the drawing. Not eligible: insurance agents who submit referrals as agents, AIM employees and contractors, owners and employees of AIM partner businesses, and the immediate family and household members of any of them.
4. Entry period. Each raffle runs for one calendar month, starting at 12:00 a.m. and ending at 11:59 p.m. Arizona time (MST) on the first and last day of the month.
5. How entries are earned. A member earns one (1) entry for each referral they submitted that a partner business moves to "In Progress" (work started), or straight to "Completed," during the entry period. An entry is earned in the month work starts, not the month the referral was submitted. An additional job added to an existing referral does not earn a separate entry. There is no limit on entries. Members can see their current entry count on the Rewards card in the AIM Services app. Referrals that are fake, duplicate, self-referred, or otherwise violate the AIM member agreement earn no entries, and AIM may disqualify the member who submitted them.
6. Drawing and odds. After the entry period ends, AIM selects one potential winner by random drawing from all eligible entries, using a computer-based random selection in which each entry has an equal chance. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries earned by all members that month.
7. Prize. One prize is awarded each month. The prize and its approximate retail value ("ARV") are shown in the AIM Services app before that month begins, and the prize for a month does not change once that month has started. The prize is not transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent, except that AIM may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
8. Taxes. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. If the prize's value, alone or combined with other prizes from AIM in the same calendar year, is $600 or more, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and AIM will issue an IRS Form 1099.
9. Notification and verification. The potential winner is notified in the app and by email. The potential winner must respond within 14 days and may be asked to confirm eligibility in writing. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
10. Publicity. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that AIM may show the winner's first name and last initial as that month's winner in the AIM Services app and on AIM's website and social media, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
11. Privacy. Information collected for this raffle is used to run it and award the prize, and is handled under the AIM Services Privacy Policy at https://app.referaim.com/privacy.
12. Winner list. To request the name of a month's winner, email office@referaim.com within 60 days after that month's drawing.
13. General conditions. AIM may cancel, modify or suspend a raffle if fraud, technical failure, or anything else beyond AIM's control affects its fair operation, and may then draw from the eligible entries earned before the problem. By participating, members agree to these rules and to AIM's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the raffle.
14. Limitation of liability. By participating, members release AIM, its partner businesses, and their owners, employees and agents from liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the raffle or from accepting or using a prize, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute is resolved individually, without any class action, in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
